Limited-pilot terms

These terms cover the current invitation-only pilot of 3p0.ai CRM. Commercial subscription terms may replace them before a paid release.

Authorised use

Use the CRM only for organisations and information you are authorised to manage. Keep your credentials private and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to the 3p0.ai administrator who issued your invitation.

Connected services

Optional integrations remain subject to the connected provider's terms. The Gmail connection is read-only and imports only messages deliberately assigned to a dedicated CRM company label. You may disconnect it at any time.

Company data

Company information remains scoped to its authorised company workspace. Do not upload unlawful material or information you are not entitled to process. Portable export and recoverable offboarding are available to an authorised company administrator.

Pilot operation

The pilot is supplied for evaluation and may change as defects are corrected. Important business decisions should be checked against their underlying records; generated summaries are assistance, not a substitute for professional judgement.

Ending access

A participant may stop using the CRM or disconnect an optional integration at any time. The company administrator or 3p0.ai administrator may suspend access needed to protect data, security or the pilot service.
